The Publications Unit of the American Indian Studies Center is dedicated to publishing a wide variety of books by and about Native Americans. Our flagship publication is the American Indian Culture and Research Journal, which has been recognized as the leading serial publication on Native American life and issues since 1971. In addition, the Center publishes several series of books on contemporary American Indian issues, history, literature, drama, treaties, and politics.
